I created My Grounded World because I saw how many capable people feel stuck in everyday life—and because I’ve experienced that feeling myself.It's not because we don’t know what to do. It's because follow through is hard when everything feels overwhelming.Over time, I realized most people don’t need more information or a better plan.They need a simple way to begin, stay with something and move it forward.That’s exactly what these sessions are designed to solve.I’m a mom of three, and I understand how full and complex life can feel.I’m interested in how our brains work—particularly for people navigating attention, overwhelm or neurodivergent patterns—and how simple structure and support can make a real difference.My approach is simple, calm, practical, and focused on action.No pressure. No perfection. Just steady forward movement, together.

Is this therapy?
No. This is practical, real-time support to help you take action and and stay accountable.
Reset sessions do not replace therapy or medical care.
What if I don't know what to work on?
That's completely normal. We'll figure out a clear starting point together.
Is this for business or personal tasks?
Both. We can work on household, admin, creative or business tasks. Anything that needs structured support to move forward.
What if I don't finish?
Progress matters more than finishing. Starting and moving forward is a win.
What if I'm embarrassed?
No judgment. You don't have to discuss anything you're not comfortable with.
How does scheduling work?
Sessions are 50 minutes and scheduled at a consistent weekly time (or times).
They repeat automatically each week.
Do I have to commit long term?
No. You can cancel anytime with 24 hours' notice.
